Good Morning Annette, It has taken us almost this whole week to come back down from the high that we experienced in Sicily! I don't actually think we can forget the experience at all.

We have to Thank you very much for setting everything up for us and for swooping in at the last minute for the changes we needed. We both appreciate it very much and cant thank you enough.

Although Sicily is a BEAUTIFUL ISLAND without being prepared, you could miss so much. So, we thank you so much for that.

When we come to visit Joanne and John we will have to arrange for a visit I person to say Hello at your office.

This is a good opportunity to say what a pleasure it was working with you last year. We were supposed to land in Venice at 9:00 and pick up a tour bus at noon but the bus company changed their schedule to where we had to spend one overnight in Venice before joining the tour. You handled that re-scheduling so smoothly and that one "inconvenience" became a coincidence. Unbeknown to us, our niece (from Florida) and her husband were landing in Venice on the same day to begin an Italy/Greece tour. That extra day we had to add became a wonderful evening with them. I smile every time I look at the pictures from that time. Also, I recommended you to friends of mine, but they changed their travel ideas for a more convenient time, a safer time. If they bring up traveling again, I will remind them of my good experience with you.

We had a great time in Italy. Great people, food, sites and surprises. Will go again. Spring time was perfect time to go. Yes, it was crowded but I have the feeling it is always crowded.

My daughter fell so in love with Florence, she's moving a certification course from Prague to Florence. She'll head there in the fall.

Everything you prepped for us worked out just fine. 

Trains were excellent. Met nice people on the trains. 

Florence - amazing - great hotel. The best breakfast of the three hotels

Venice - amazing - great hotel. We had contacts that lead us to the less touristy places to eat.

Thank you for your hard work. So appreciated.

Subject : Italy

Annette, today on this Holy Saturday we had the honor of being able to experience the Sacred Steps of Jesus. They were brought to Rome by St. Helen and have been covered with wooden boards for over 300 years. They have recently been uncovered and show where the drops of Jesus’ blood are marked. They are revealed for just a very short period of time in comparison to their existence. We climbed these steps as a family. We got down on our hands and knees and maneuvered our way up 38 marble steps and prayed on each one the same way Jesus did before he was crucified. The marble was worn with deep crevices and the pain on our knees was strong. At the top was a painting of Jesus hanging on the cross. I have never had a more humbling experience. Make every day count for the good and let those you love, know. Buona Pasqua.

Yesterday we arrived at the Victoria hotel and everything was great. Our room wasn’t ready because it was so early, so we had breakfast, did the bus tour, walked to Piazza Nuovo, then to the Pantheon. Almost bought handmade Italian leather shoes (not my size ) and went to the hotel for a nap. Soon we will head out to the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps then dinner. Loving . Today... we had the Vatican tour and our guide Juliano was amazing. We have been using the bus to our advantage. Thanks so much for organizing things to run so smoothly.

Mykonos & Malta Private Excursions

More than spectacular!!!!!! Everything is amazing. We just got to Mykonos. The Malta guide, Margaret, was the best one I’ve ever had- ever!!! We almost missed the ship we were having such an extraordinary time. Her husband had to pick us up and speed us to the boat. We were the last ones on. It was amazing. Thank you so much!!!!!

Just completed a week-long trip through California that began in San Francisco and ended in Los Angeles planned by Annette and her team at Majors Travel on Forest Avenue. Thanks to them our trip was affordable and amazing. Annette was on the phone with us all week telling us where to stop next. She even located the sea lion seals in the wild for us that we couldn't find!!!! For those of you who think that a travel agent is unnecessary, think again. There is a reason people go to these experts. They saved us a lot of money and gave us a lifetime of memories.

Absolutely amazing trip--going with mostly private tours was definitely worth the extra money for our family situation --if any of your clients is interested in a Knights of Templar tour I would love to talk about our adventures in the city of Tomar with them - and for people who want to see an amazing city- Lisbon -especially the area where we stayed in the walls of the castle with its winding streets and tiled houses is just a paradise for the eyes- maybe one day when you are in we can come in with some of our photos -thanks again for helping us fulfil our dream of a lifetime -taking our kids to Europe.

First off everything here is wonderful. I can't thank you enough!!!

Corso 281 was a gem. I would never have picked it on my own. The location for a short stay was beyond perfect. The stay amazing. The room modern and with the coldest air conditioning I have ever experienced in Europe which was a huge benefit this week with temperatures rising over 43°C not to mention the in-room included breakfast.

All of the drivers have been great!! And not bad to look at either! And as great as everything has been the guide in Pompeii, Simone, was even better than all the other bests!!! Not to mention my former father in law is in love with your college so you will now be forced to deal with his senior community! So now for the question. I am seeing great reviews for a private boat tour Viator to Capri for the day on the 10th. Do you know anything about it? We would be 6. They give two boat options. The other thing I was thinking was making a reservation at La Fironella but since it’s is so crowded and hot, I thought private boat be better. Your thought? And can you book the boat from there or should I try from here if you think it is good or do you recommend something altogether different?

Had a wonderful stay at the Ampersand!

As the first time I was there the staff was warm, helpful and very friendly. The amenities can't be better from the tea and coffee service with cookies to the complementary juices and milk and the robe and slippers etc. etc.

I really appreciated the down pillows and comfy mattress as well as the easy temp control.

The only thing I can suggest is that the lighting in the bathroom be improved to assist in putting on makeup.

I recommend the Ampersand to everyone. Thank you for another perfect stay in London.
